Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, full access, no credit card required. Try the whole platform before committing. If it's not the right fit, you walk away with no strings attached.
How does payment work?
Monthly via Paystack, billed on the day you subscribed. Unlimited users, no per-seat fee. Cancel anytime through your account settings — no cancellation fees, no lock-in.
Does it handle SARS excise compliance?
Yes. The built-in excise module calculates duty from production volumes and ABV, tracks bonded and duty-paid stock separately, and generates your monthly SARS submission data. Australia (ATO) and UK (HMRC) are also supported.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within a few days. We provide assisted onboarding and data import to migrate from spreadsheets or legacy systems. Complex multi-location setups typically take one to two weeks.
Does it integrate with accounting software?
Yes — Xero, Sage, Pastel and QuickBooks. Sales, purchase orders and financial data flow straight into your accounting platform with no manual capture, so month-end is much faster.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can export anything you need beforehand. If you reactivate later, your historical data is still there.
